Community Outreach

The Duke Environmental Leadership (DEL) Program provides education and outreach opportunities linking the Nicholas School of the Environment to the Duke University campus, local community and environmental education field. A variety of programs enable Nicholas School students to gain critical environmental education and communication skills through applied coursework and practical experience. Innovative programs also provide educators in our community access to the resources they need to teach the next generation of environmental professionals.
