Aquatic and Atmospheric Sciences

This group focuses on integrating physical, chemical, and biological processes leading to the composition of quantitative models for complex environmental systems. The unifying research principle is the development of understanding of the processes involved in the flow of matter and energy across a wide range of spatial and temporal scales of complex natural systems. This principle facilitates natural links between experts in hydrology, meteorology, atmospheric and aquatic chemistry, and ecology.
