The Duke Forest comprises 7,020 acres of land in Alamance, Durham and Orange counties. There are over 45 separate entrances into the six main tracts of land that make up Duke Forest.
Detailed maps showing the Forest's cover types and soil types are available to researchers and educators. Contact the Office of the Duke Forest for more details.
