Student Life - Business Card Request Form
To request business cards, complete the form below. A confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you and will be followed by a proof that you will need to approve. Cards are $.25 each. Please make checks payable to Duke University Marine Laboratory and bring to Belinda Williford in Room 112, Administration Building. Indicate on the check that it is for student business cards. Cards will not be processed until the check is received. The process takes two to three weeks. If you have any questions, direct them to Belinda. Thanks.
