To request business cards, complete the form below. A confirmation
of your order will be e-mailed to you. Please make sure
to fill out the name field exactly as you want it to appear
on your card. There will be no proof to approve. Cards come
in boxes of 500 and cost $69.50 (including S&H).
Please make checks payable to Duke University and
send to: Donna Sell, The Nicholas School, Box 90328 Duke
University, Durham, NC 27708-0328; or bring it to Donna
in A246 Levine Science Research Center. Indicate on the
check that it is for student business cards.
Cards will not be processed until the check is received.
The process takes two to three weeks. If you have any questions,
