293. Analysis of Ocean Ecosystems. The history, utility, and heuristic value of the ecosystem; ocean systems in the context of Odum’s ecosystem concept; structure and function of the earth’s major ecosystems. Open to undergraduates only under BIO 123. Prerequisite: one year of biology, one year of chemistry, or consent of instructor. Instructor: Staff. 3 units.
