298.40. Environmental Education & Communication. This course aims to provide you with an understanding of environmental education and communication fundamentals as well as tangible teaching skills to deliver environmental science topics.  The course has two components – seminar and teaching practicum.  Through the seminar, you will become familiar with readings on and related to environmental education, participate in class discussions, and hear from experts in the field. For the teaching practicum portion, you will develop, lead, and evaluate two different teaching modules to various audiences. One of the modules will be peer-observed.
