257. Seismology III, Exploration Seismology. NS QID The basics of refraction profiling, reflection profiling, and their extensions to global, regional, local and near-surface seismic exploration. Structure of the core, mantle and crust with special emphasis on profiling regional scale geologic relations. Prerequisite: upper division courses in physics, mathematics and geology.
